Newbie question about flashing hardware

Sorry for the dumb question, but to flash a Rizr, do you use the supplied USB data cable (the one usually supplied to transfer files between phone and computer), or does it have to be a specific cable for flashing?
If its a different cable, can anyone recommend a supplier preferably in Canada?

No specific "flashing" cable... use the supplied cable.
