Unable to flash v360

Let's see if anyone can help me out of my screw-up. I downloaded and tried to install the DEV3cr2corelets MP from mobilejunkies.net. I didn't notice the fact that it was for the Razor V3.

It gave me an error when I tried to install it so I decompressed a stock .shx I had and substituted the ramloader into the V3 MP. It tanked and now I can't load anything on my phone.

When I use P2K Easy Tools to try to load any .shx (including the stock) I get:

The output I get when I try do a repair:

ERROR: FLASHCMD write error
ERROR: Sending BIN command.
ERROR: Send loader failed(1)

I also get this error momentarily during the process: 0xDAB

These are the errors when I try to flash with Yuet's "S Blank Neptune LTE2" MP (he recommend this and hasn't responded after I posted the results):

(Status)Failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: Error getting subscriber unit information. Device API Error: 0xE0020008 Command: RQHW(0xE0822008)
