I think what the dude means is that he will sell it to a person who in turn will give it to him. For instance, right now the Curve is in high demand so most managers won't let the Rep buy it. However, let's say the rep's friend comes in etc they will be free to sell out it without the manager being suspicious and later on they give it to the rep.
