Help with merging 2 animated .gifs

I was wondering if anyone could merge these two .gifs into one, power up, then power down. I know the file will be pretty big, but I don't care. Can someone do it? I must be too stupid to figure it out. Thanks!

use gimp, that should be able to do it pretty quickly.
