Was wondering if anyone would be able to make this into a cab file I tried to do the regedit and my startmenu icons dissapeard this is a startmenu background edit

Go to download.com. Search for cab. Download the program. Create the cab file. Feel good that you did it yourself.

Or for that matter any ZIP program which supports the *.cab format and then open and 'save as...' as CAB format. It takes minutes.

its kinda hard to make a cab file for this to share with people. you would have to make one for each file type the phone can display. ie. bitmap, jpg, etc... because people use different types for the pic they want. plus you would have to tell everyone what to name their file and where to place it since the string value points to a specific location and file name.
