. So I take it back to Verizon and i have to wait 3 hours for the guy to get out from behind the freaking desk eating cheetos to take a look at it. So they replace it and i am happy again 
. It must of been me hitting the keys. Then i try opening my contacts and then it goes nuts scrolling, dialing and changing settings all kinda stuff
. So i getting pretty pissed now and I take it back to Verison and that cheeto eating bandit is there again
. So he tells me that Verizon does not need customers like me, that complain about there customer service
. Yeha , that was not a good thing to tell me.
