I can't DELETE videos from my Ipod?

Hey Folks
I've been trying to Delete some music videos from my Ipod for awhile now and I'm not able to. I've deleted them from Itunes already but everytime I charge my phone and check if the deletion happened ...the videos are still on my Ipod!! WTF.
The videos are not in Itunes but they are still stored on my Ipod...can anybody help me out?? Cheers.
