i know this is long but someone please help...

im trying to upgrade 4 out of my 9 phones on my biz share plan to data devices. i was told this is fine, if i renew for 3 years i get the credits and discounts, and will be able to pay for hardware what new customers pay.

so i phone bell today to confirm this, but am told that only the prime phone is eligible for these discounts, that i cannot get the extra credit for the 3 mate phones. without this discount i have to invest 450-550$ per phone. they say this problem comes in because in order to get the discount i need to put at least $25 of data on these 3 lines, but $25 is not a data option for mate phones (apparently mates can only have 10$ or 100$ option). so this leaves me with either paying $100 per month per phone for data to get the discount, or making the hardware investment.

can anyone verify/or give their opinion on this? this stipulation only comes after making about 1000 calls to bell re. the upgrades, with different issues each time...first its that i cannot get more than a 200 credit, then its that the prime phone must have data first, etc etc.

can someone help me out here...why is the 25$ data/line a regulation for the discount when its not even an reasonable (cost-effective) option? i highly doubt every new biz contract with data devices has $100 data/line, just to qualify for this discount.

what the hell can i say to bell to work this out.

even if i put the $100prime/$10mate data option, it still works out to at least 25$ of data/line. cant they work it out this way?
