help PHM Registry Editor which one?

I am new to the cell phone arena I have a HTC 8525 (cingular) and am looking for the PHM Registry Editor, the problem I have is that there are several choices (ARM, MIPS, SH3, ARM/PXA) which one should I use for the 8525?
