Bluetooth Pantech 3200

Hey, I have successfully connected my phone to my computer via bluetooth but now what? all I can seem to do i see the phone and possibly use it as an internet service? i was kind of hoping to be able to download ringtones to the phone and pictures off of it. Will I need a data cable for this, and some sort of software? Im new to cell phone testing so I'm not too sure on where to go from here?
like is there some sort of hack I have to do in order to unlock my phone? any advice at all or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The bluetooth on this phone is only for audio devices such as a bluetooth earpiece. It will not transfer any data...already tried that one. It will also not link to any other bluetooth phone to trade ringtones either.
