W810i - How do I mix acoustic files?

I have used Qwerty's and am now using Toshara's 1.6 acoustic files.....I am getting old (50) and have listened to one too many loud rock concerts and fallen asleep one too many times with headphones blasting.

Overall, either of these acoustics packs are fine, with the following exceptions:

If I am using a a headset for my calls, the earpiece volume in my ear is barely audible. If I remove the headset and use the phone as normal (or on speakerphone), it is plenty loud.

When I use the headset to listen to the walkman music, I'd like the headset volume to be a little bit louder. When I have it on full, it's loud, just not loud enough. (My 16 year old son CAN'T listen to it on full volume with headphones, so I know it's me).

Would someone tell me how to correct these two areas of the acoustic? Do I replace certain files from another acoustic package or update the ones I have? Is this something I can do myself? Do I need a special program to do it?
