I cannot get the setup program to work at all. It keeps insisting that I need Flash 8 or higher. I have 9 installed. I've installed it for both IE and Firefox, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, etc. I've tried 2 machines and both refuse to install, and both have version 9.

Has anyone else had any problems installing the software? Any work-arounds?

Partially answering my own question (in case anyone else runs into this problem). I installed ActiveSync from Microsoft's website and I'm now able to install programs and transfer files. Haven't tried synchronizing Outlook yet, but I expect it's exactly the same as whatever HTC included on the install CD.
