Hello. I am trying to have this option added to my account. I have had 3 people, 2 in store and one on phone try t o put it on and each one says the person before didn't do it. It shows up on my statement like this:

BBRYUNL_ALL4

is this the personal max plan? I don't want to be charged for all the texts and everyone keeps saying that they are adding the max plan but it still stays the same.
