Will PayPal For a Blackjack Hack

I want to be able to push the power button on top and have it lock the keypad and turn off the screen like WM5 PPC. Then I can just push the power button again to unlock the keypad and turn on the screen. It gets annoying having to hold down the end key to lock then go through the whole unlock process.

GOAL: Map the power button to lock and turn off the screen with one push and unlock/turn on the screen with another push.

I'll PayPal $20

Anyone can throw in if they want.

Worth $10 for me too.

$10 for me too...must be WM5 & 6 compatible though : )

I will kick in $30 to the pot for this.

To date, I feel that the Treo/Centro still have the best keylock strategy --> one press of the "end" button will turn off the screen and lock the keypad. Another press of the "end" key will turn on the screen but it remains locked, pressing the center key of the D-pad will unlock the screen. Inactivity will also automatically lock the screen. It's quick and intuitive, and it can be done with one hand and without having to twist the phone in your hand.

Question: is there an application that will engage the keypad lock (not the password/passcode-based lock) automatically after a certain time or inactivity? It's a pain having to hold the end key to lock the keypad every time.

Thanks.

I have already switched phones a couple months ago because of this nuisance so I won't be throwing in $20.

I came across this the other day and got a good laugh out of it. I'm not attacking you, I just thought I'd share a laugh.

as close as you'll get at the moment (and free!)...http://e-natives.com/

I use ver. RC08 with .exe fix. RC 09 is kinda buggy on the BJ. but RC08 is perfect. you can set an auto keylock with customizable time, with clock or animated screensaver...you can also map any prog to any key, & make your own plugins.

if you wanted you may be able to map the keylock with some fiddling around. the settings & customization are near endless.

Thanks a lot for that recommendation. I will give it a try!
