Help With Downloading Wm6

I have a tmobile dash and am trying to download the wm6, but everytime i try it tells me to check the connection between the phone and my pc and vice versa, when checked everything is connected correctly. I wondering if anyone has had that problem and how do i get past it? Thanks

No windows on both the computer and the phone

did you uninstall the old active sync and download the new version through tmobile.com

i had the same problem but i just DL the new version of active sync 4.5 and it was fine after that. i believe you can get it at like microsoft.com
