i got a sk2 off of ebay and theres no sticker on the back and the imsi,iccid,and device id are not available in system info....im trying to use the prepaid data plan and i cant do it unless i have the IME....i just bought a new sim card too....anyway i can fix this

Did the seller inform you that there were problems with that?
If he didn't, file a claim with eBay and Paypal (or your credit card, however you paid) and get a refund ASAP.
