What happened to Customer Care, all the sudden business end user care is closed on sunday? i called in last night at 10 to change my personal lines sim card and they said they are closed... what happed there? did i not get a memo...

why would you call beuc for personal lines?

also the definition of a business customer changed on june 1st. so you may have been moved back to consumer, for purposes of customer care.

oh boy lol... so your telling me having a fan number isnt grounds for going to BEUC, and when i called from my COU it used to goto BEUC... now the personal with fan goes to BEUC and the COU goes nowhere lol

There is an afterhours number...granted they dont know anything about anything, you might be able to talk them through getting even the simplest task complete...
