sry if if this is a dumb question but i was wondering what exactly comes with the blackberry unlimited? is that only data? it does not include minutes or what?

Been asked before - unlimited BB dataplan is email and Internet. Some carriers (ATT) has a bundle that also includes TMs.

and no minutes? do blackberry's have IM clients?

They all have Blackberry Messenger which can be used with other Blackberry owners, I have and use Google Talk on my Pearl. I Believe there are some other options out there but not sure.

alright another thing how long is the battery life on the pearl? i had the ocean but returned due to the fact that the battery life was way to short for me does the plan include unlimited minutes or something?
