I have had my 8125 for over a year and It's great. But at times it's alittle slow. I would like the fster 3G internet and fast procs. Is it worth it to upgrade to the 8525? Or is it better to wait on what will be the 8525 replacement? I'm in no hurry. Thanks

I never had the 8125, but 3G is noticeably faster than EDGE/GPRS (if you are surfing on your handset). If you are tethering it with a laptop and want the speed, UTMS is MUCH faster than EDGE/GPRS. It really depends on how much money you have, how much you care about dropping $500 on a new phone (yes, I know...there are better deals out there), and how much you use data on the phone. Oh...and the faster processor...it's nice

i own both. and the 8525 kicks the 8125's butt. and from what i hear 3g is extremely fast. btw, i think you can get one free if you are a primer member from at&t. look into that.
