I am new to the Blackjack...only a couple of weeks. I set up the email and instant messaging with no problem at all but this morning I noticed that my emails were not coming through (corporate email). Do I need to reload everything to get this to starting working again?

try rebooting the phone. sometimes when you switch from tower to tower the data locks up/goes down. you can also go under the provider ie Cingular or ATT on the main screen and click ok then under menu (right soft key) click on disconnect cellular data and try again. That will sometimes fix it without the reboot.
