Ever since I set up the XpressMail, it seems to automatically connect to the 3G connection - even if I have XpressMail's push disabled. If I have the unlimited PDA connect plan, is that a problem? Will I be charged anything if I'm connecting to my ISP but my phone's not doing anything? Thanks.

No worries, mine does the same. Since you have the unlimited PDA Connect plan, you won't be charged anything additional. You're squared away.
