700p antenna screw

Okay, so the rubber piece fell out of the screw-hole for the antenna on my 700p. Now the red/white warranty sticker, and the screw, are gone. I'm headed to the hardware store in the morning, as the three Verizon stores I stopped in today had no screw. I spent time with Verizon Data tech support, who transferred me to a Palm hardware support person in India, only to be told they could be acquired at pdaparts.net. I don't think so.

Anybody know what mm and length these are? Thanks.

That is the biggest single problem I have had with Palm, their damn call center, undereducated people who hardly speak the language they're supporting in, and on top of all that, they're useless!

On another note, once I did finally get Palm's attention (and US based support) they were quiet helpful and prompt.
