Hello all! I am new to this, but I have searched throughout the forums, specifically any threads for the KX13. My problem is, I have a KX13 I would like to read the information off of, but PST will not recognize it. I bought a data cable off of ebay (it's not a USB but USB-Serial) installed the PST I have, set the COM port correctly, but no luck....shows not active. I tried to download the newer version of PST that was posted in another thread, but all the links were dead. Not sure that would be the fix. Any tips on what I should try or software (tried BitPim...same) that I haven't already?

I've got the same problem with PST. 3.7.95 does not support my strobe, it will connect but won't let me do anything. I have KMPT, but while it will find the phone on usb and bluetooth, it will not connect with it to allow moving of files. I can only assume USCC did soemthing to the phone and I need PST to fix it.

did try to update the newer versions like 3.8.18 and etc? The ver u mentioned is rather old, there were no strobes then.
