HTC S620 Freezes on Startup

Hey everyone,
My HTC s620 will not boot up. It turns on, shows the windows mobile logo, then the Tmobile screen comes on and it plays the tmobile sound, then nothing else happens. It just freezes at that screen.
The only thing I did before this happened was copy my old pim.vol contact file to restore my contacts, restarted the device, and now this. The keypad even lights up, any thoughts?!?!
