I am trying to figure out how to set my phone back to the factory defaults. i tried leaving the batteries off but that dosent seem to do it. My main problem is that through my own bumblings i cant turn my phone on. when i bring it up it freezes on the "hello Moto" or the moterola screen. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

"my own bumblings " ??? meanning you drop the fone or do some modingto it??
Try to reflash it to see if that help
