Moving contacts to 8525

I just got the ATT 8525 - switched from TMobile/Moto V330. What's the easiest way to move my phone numbers from the old phone to the new one? I spent an hour typing them all up as Windows Contacts only to realize Windows Mobile can't sync them. Also tried copying the V330 contacts to SIM and opening on the 8525. No luck there either.
Any help will be appreciated. I can't be the first person to run into this type of problem.

After you put the sim card in go to programs/sim manager/menu/copy all contacts to contacts. done.maybe not word for word but very close, good luck

Go to the nearest Cingular/AT&T store. They can copy your contacts from your T-mobile SIM to your new SIM. Takes less than a minute. You can't access the T-mobile SIM from your Cingular/AT&T locked 8525.
If there is no store nearby, pick up a SIM card reader off eBay for a few bucks. You can also unlock your 8525 so that you can view contacts on your T-mobile SIM.

They won't unlock it for the first six months, so I guess I'll have to go to the store.

How stupid of me... I was copying them to my TMO sim and putting that in my 8525. I put my ATT sim in the unlocked V330 and copied it over. Should have thought of it earlier.

my 8525 is showing all contacts on sim and on phone, double names and numbers, is there no way to merge them or do i have to have all my contacts on one or the other (phone or sim)???
