Help With Deleting Pictures From SK3....

I'm going through my photos on my phone and getting rid of old pictures and when I try to delete one it says that it can't delete it. It won't even let me change the photo name either. How do I get rid of it?
Edit-When I look at the info on the picture it says it was taken on Dec. 31 1969.

Are the pictures on the phone or memory card?
