Suggestion for V3i MP for Cingular/ATT?

Hi, I have a V3i that originally came from Rogers in Canada. It is the full iTunes version running software R47A_G_08.D8.83R, GSPSLQARGR01NAOAC flex. It is unlocked and works perfectly for voice on Cingular's network here in California.

I'd like to reflash it with Cingular's latest 'stock' firmware, but I find so many 'versions' of code, I am not sure which one is closest to a stock Cingular phone.

Any recommendations for a 'stock Cingular' flash or Monster pack would be welcome. (As well as any gotchas to look out for when reflashing this V3i. I have reflashed V3 phone in the past with PST. Worked fine. Anything peculiar on a V3i to look out for would be helpful too
