k guys here are the install pics, it was difficult finding a place to mount this in my car, cause my dash has so many damn curves, but i like this particular mount, perfect angle and view...

and it comes with this bracket thing that attaches to this rotating thingamajigga, and it has 4 screws... that way you can move it around and angle it any way you want... which is nice...
