HOW ABOUT YOU TYPE NORMAL SO IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE YOUR YELLING!!!!
Check out these sites..I know they aren't for Sprint or Cricket but they do cover the flashing process..so just replace Verizon and Alltel with Sprint and Cricket when you read them.
