Umm, it was listed two posts above you. QVGA. A lot a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot better. Plus, if Motorola is making it, it will be not only be QVGA but an excellent QVGA (see Moto ROKR E2).

I've never played with a ROKR before, but is it like the RAZR's? I hate the RAZR/KRZR screens...the RIZR screens are way better. I especially hate the cheap plastic they use to cover the inner display...

MMS will never be in a Sidekick because of ALL data going through the Danger servers. The phone cannot connect to the T-Zones MMS access point. Same reason the iPhone won't support MMS; all it's data supposedly will be processed through Apple servers.

I wasn't talking about the coating, I was talking about the quality/brightness. In terms of quality it easily outstrips the Samsung D600, SE W900, T-Mobile Dash etc. It really is the best screen I've ever seen.

Here in Canada, Fido also had the Hiptop 2 (aka Sidekick II), and it had the same setup with Dangers servers yet it supported MMS. So, based on that, it is possible.

Completely wrong. The only reason the Sidekick (not Hiptop) doesn't have MMS is because T-Mobile doesn't want MMS. For what reason? Who knows? Maybe they think it will be too costly to support MMS, although Fido, Suncom, etc. all support MMS on the Hiptop. Heck, even T-Mobile UK supports MMS on the Sidekick.

Not to mention Danger's servers are hooked up to T-Mobile's network, therefore MMS is quite possible.

I'm impressed based on appearance. There are some images out there that compare the size of the sk3, iD, and slide (not using actual images, but just 3d boxes and the slide is much smaller. I'm very interested in seeing how this plays out.

Oh man, that one on the left, I'd buy it in a minute.

I don't want my sidekick any smaller, made by Motorola, or sliding. It's not supposed to be a device with any of those attributes.

Ok guys wdup new to this site but I heard some guys come in the store and talk that ou guys had the best mobile forum..

Umm We do not deny the Sk Slide.

The upper management are flipping about this info and im kind of mad
I didnt know about it till yesterday and come to find out its all over the damn web.

I also saw that someone said T-Mobile doesnt do MMS ummm no we do, just the Sk doesnt and not sure why Im thinking its a Danger thing just why the only way to get ringtones is thru Danger but I hope to dig deep into this cause I am really tired of my BB looking for some excitement.

I'm sorry, but the latest "leak" of sk renderings is disappointing.. I don't know why they're still using MiniSD - can't they convert to MicroSD or just SD? No word on WiFi either, which is pathetic. I don't know how they can get people to buy something that's slimmer and has a nicer screen. At this point, I take this as an attempt to put lipstick on a pig.. An extremely popular pig.

I was hoping for so much more. I guess their target market for the SK lineup probably isn't so worried about the ancient technology they're toting around.

Well, I know what you mean!
but im sure it will change before the real one comes out.

there might be two versions coming out, a Zante from Motorola
and a danger version

that way they spread themselves to a wider market.

In Canada they may have eliminated the Hiptop from Danger
but it will be tough to eliminate a Motorola phone aswell...

But who knows for sure.

i would like to see a better larger screen for sure.
and I love the slide idea.

The specs aren't that bad, as the slide is the cheap version of the Sidekick, not the premium version (just look at the price point).
