Hi
Any help in this regards will be greatly appreciated. Here's the issue:

By mistake I used my black ball point pen on the P800 (It has a WriteShield Screen Protector, so the damage is not really that bad). Now there's a small black mark on the screen which I am not able to remove ... tried soap .. and also the cleaning stuff that comes with the screen protector .. the mark simply doesn't go away ... any ideas .. has this happened to someone before?

can you post a pic of this?

it's not on the screen protector right...if not try some "saliva" on it, let it dry...then use the screen cleaner again to clean it.
You may have to do this a few times though.

I was going to suggest an exacto knife, but one wrong slip an you'll need a new "touch layer" or worst new screen
