Blackjack email volume problem

I have all my settings on loud but my exchange email ringtone is always quiet. If I set my SMS tone and email tone to the same song/sound, the email is always very soft. I'm not sure how to make it louder because I have everything in the profile on "loud" already.

i had the same problem only when syncd manualy. but if i had it set to as arrives it would sound loud and clear
