I went to the website dashapps.com. Was wondering i wanted the media playlist app was wondering if somone can help me if i download it where do i install it on my phone.

i download the programs i want to install to my phone on my memory card, and if i dont like the program i just delete it off my memory card

I have tried that but nothing installs when i try that.
