best non-ID3 mp3 player?

i need something that will let me organize playlist based on file folders in windows, not on ID3..
also don't want anything that's big or bulky..
havn't really been able to find something along these lines

creative labs mp3 players can play by folders like by albums or artists or genre instead of by ID3...you can sort by ID3 as well...I believe the smaller CL mp3 players can do this as well. I have a CL Zen Touch and mostly listen to mp3s by either albums, artists or genre
