Okay, I have the kyocera Wireless PST configuration program version 3.7.95. the program finds my phone, but when i try to go into "service programming, I get an error and it says it doesn't support this phone. Any ideas. I was hoping to adjust some settings. My problem is, I got my phone from USCC and I don't know what software they have installed, but anytime I move a .mid over or a .png (no matter what directory including those given on different strobe threads) it says the file is corrupt and will not assign it to anything, or delete it or give details. I am using easyCDMA. Since most people have luck with moving files over and using them with that prog I thought it had to be something USCC programmed into the stupid thing. Oh, I cant get MPT to work with it either. It will find the phone on setup, but then it will lose it after that and won't access it, it just says please wait. That is why I have to use EasyCDMA

I figured it out, while looking for how to transfer files to my wifes LG from USCC, I came across a thread and I used those instructions on my Strobe to perfection.
Step One: Find the ringer you want in whatever format you want (mp3, qcp, mid), just make sure it is no longer then 30 secs.
Step two: Find a crap file on the phone you don't want that corresponds with the type of file you are trying to transfer (pic, ringer, etc.). For example, my ringer I wanted was called arizona.mp3, the ringer I wanted to get rid of on the phone was called anthem.mid so I renamed my ringer anthem.mid and overwrote the existing file. It worked like a charm.
I also transferred some wallpapers by renaming with camera pic names and overwriting the camera pics. This should solve some of the problems people were having with corrupt files not playing right or not at all.
