No. Only a Wifi "sled" is available for the 650.

The answer is no. There are (illegal) third-party solutions that have made the Palm-provided WiFi SD card compatible with the Treo 650, but those are very hit-or-miss (and I have not tried any myself). You can purchase an Enfora Wifi Sled for $100-$120.
