Which would you get btwn the Pharos 600 & HTC P3600 and why?

I had narrowed my search down to the Pharos 600 when I realized that the HCT P3600 now has a rom release than enables GPS and has some TomTom nav software. I'm aware that the P3600 does not have an FM radio and has proprietary headphone jack (which are drawbacks but not deal breakers) but it does seem to have a very solid construction with a scroll wheel. I'm also trying to verify if it has the MS Voice Command software installed.

So, which one would you get and what are your pros and cons?
