Tweaks - one more time please

I have searched all over but am still not sure of the steps.

I have a new DASH running WM6.

I want to do some of these neat tweaks where I have to edit the registry.

Can some kind person, tell me what steps I need to do to get to the point where I make the changes.

i.e What program should I use to do this.

Do I have to "unlock" anything before or after I download the program.

I have already been able to Sync with my PC, load and install some programs

you need to install a registry editor such as resco registry editor. do not attempt to alter the registry unless you back it up. wm pocket pc's are really easy to mess up and you could permently brick your unit.
