Also, I need a new cell phone. My budget is no more than $200....if it's worth my while I'd spent maybe $30. I'm looking for something along the lines of a PDA-esque, Blackberry-Esque, Camera/Video/Music player phone. I don't need a data plan, I'm not surfing the web 24/7...as a matter of fact I'd like to use a prepaid service (Rogers)...I want to be able to open/edit MS Office files, check e-mail, maybe view hiway cams and bus schedules. What models should I be looking at? Is my budget too low...
