3G- WM6.0- GPS- smartphone available?

I need to replace my 8125 on the AT&T netwok. I would like 3G, WM6.0, and GPS for sure with a camera and Wifi not important. Either a smartpone or pocker PC. Is there such a device available in the marketplace now?
