Aww, you guys made my day, you miss me! Don't worry, I'm still a geek, I'm still here, I've just been on hiatus. No decent internet access lately(stupid USB Modem, piece o' disconnecting crap), been out of town for a week, etc. I still have my 700p, hacking around with it with some 755 files as we speak. I do need to get my butt in gear & post more though, I feel bad.

yeah.... something did happen, I quit my sprint job a few months back & haven't had a job to afford anything but DUN! D'oh. Thank god for my boyfriend.

Well the job itself was fine, it was just my boss. I don't wanna say too much other than that he was not a very honest person, with neither customers or his employees. He would squeeze every last penny out of people & gripe at me if I didn't. When I went to get my last check, I heard him talking to one of his friends, telling him how he wanted to hire him for my job for $500 more a month than he paid me. he made inappropriate jokes all the time, i could've sued him for sexual harassment if I wanted to. Et cetera.

So basically he was a cottonheaded ninnymuggins. I quit when he left me alone in the store for 4 hours, PAST my scheduled hours, after I'd only been there for 3 weeks. Not cool. it was just a bunch of BS, completely unprofessional.

That movie is the best! I laugh so hard everytime I watch it!

That does suck, sorry to hear that happening. Too bad cause a job that you like always sucks when you have to quit even though you like it. It was like that when I was in retail, job was great but the boss sucked.

Crappy bosses are pretty much the story of my work history, except for Hitachi. That was THE best job ever, easy work, calm, clean environment, buddy-buddy bosses.... AND I QUIT IT TO WORK AT SPRINT!!!! Aaaaaargh....

I'm trying to find another job now, I'm actually looking at a paper route, believe it or not. The paper here pays up to 2-3 grand a month, depending on the route. Lol...

You could work for Apple or AT&T... you know phones and they are having the iPhone launch soon. They do need as many people as they can get!
