Sprint sold me a cable to connect my katana phone to the pc, but didnt tell me I had to buy software. When I found out I needed software, they would not take back the cable, and said I now had to buy a kit with software and a cable. Does anyone know where I can download the software for this phone? Sprint did not answer my questions to customer service.

go to www.sprint.com/downloads
Select your OS and download this -

Sprint PCS Connection Manager for Phone as Modem/USB Cables

Then get bitpim.

You can get the correct drivers from www.rpiwireless.com. I just posted in another thread about settng up my sisters phone and it worked fine.
