I'm continuing my free 8525 trial and am on a voice call: suddenly it drops and I look and see that Activesync is running.

So my question is: "do people have trouble with AS interrupting their calls?" I think I read that 3G can handle voice/data simultaneously but GPRS/EDGE can't, so I would think that the device would be smart enough to not AS while the phone is being used in a non-3G area, but it definitely interrupted me this time.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that I was going in and out of 3G service so perhaps AS THOUGHT it could safely interrupt and by the time it got started I was on Edge. The problem is of course that I am passing through those zones often; I'd then have to worry every time I made a call that AS would cut me off (unless I decide to turn AS off for the duration).

Would appreciate all experiences in this regard (and sorry if there is a big, long thread on this: believe me, I looked).
