Approved - No Deposit/Call Dropped

The other day I called the 1800 number to order new service. They took my info down....ran the credit check...and told me I had no deposit.
During the call, I got cut off. Doh! I'm wondering if I can go into a local AT&T store and finish the process? Will they have my information in the system?
I want to avoid having them start the entire process over and re-run my credit...as inquiries knock your score down.
Any idears?

yes you can go into a store to finish.
