Screen problem with v3m razor

The main screen on my v3m razor has gone blank. It only shows a white screen. The outside smaller screen still works though and does show information. I opened up the phone, and checked the main LCD wire, and it looks ok. Does anyone have an idea of where the problem could be from, and how to fix it.
In addition does anyone know a way that I can extract my phone book list in this situation. It's a verizon phone if it helps. Thank you

If your phone is under one year old it may still be under the manufacturers warranty. It is best to call your service provider to see what options they give you to remedy your issue. Its probably best not to tell them that you opened your phone, also, as it would void your warranty if you are not certified to do so.

As for the fix, you either have a bad flex cable, an open connection on the PCB flex connector, or a bad LCD.

true but not always. The phone may have been water damaged. And even changin the flex and lcd the problem could return. I fix hundreds of these all days trust me. If u have the parts to swap and try do it. But dont go buy a lcd and flex cause it might still display white.
