I have a SE k750i and i want to change the housing/cover

I just checked out Rab's guide and i presume if its just the housing i want to change i'll only have to do the first part of the guide(prize open the back and front cover then replace it with the new one)???

Also who's the best on ebay to buy off?
I've heard of cnn.cn but i'm going to go with ebay cos its easier for me.

Thanks for your help

ps Is there a guide on howardforums for just changing the housing/cover?

First 4 steps? So i have to take apart the part below the keypad?

That bit looks tricky

Any idea which seller on ebay sells the best covers/housing

If you already have the T6 TORX screwdriver and some kind of plastic pry tool (as to not damage the parts) it should be cake.

What makes the me worried about these kinds of swaps is breaking the tabs of the housing as they could be pretty tight (this is where the plastic pry tool comes into play).

Some ebayers give you the tools you need i think?

All i want to change is the front and back cover, i'm not worried about the middle part of the phone

I also have one other question about the k750i

My brother has one as well and every once in a while something happens the phone and you can't view pictures/videos and the wallpaper disappears. Is this a software glitch?
To fix it all he has to do is turn the phone off then on again.

Is it easy to update software on these phones?
