Most interesting thing to happen at your call center?

Ok, this may give my location away to the hire ups, but has any call center ever have the Hazmat team show up and evacuate one of your floors, or even the building? It's sort of interesting to see the fire department show up and then seeing the Hazmat chief walking around the building taking are samples. Then the next thing you know they are moving everyone to another floor due to an order and airing out the floor.

Come on, I know that it has happened to at least two different call centers.

I remember a few years back at my call center when 2 employees got into a verbal "scuffle". They then both proceeded to punch out and go both walked outside. Few minutes later one guy comes walking back in and starts taking calls again.

Security comes in after him, talks to him all quite, walks him outside, and the janitor stays behind cleaning up his desk, wiping down his headset with alcohol, then places said headset into a plastic bag and seals it up.

Guy never came back for the rest of the day. Turns out him and that other employee got into a fight outside. The winner came back to take phone calls so as not to get in trouble for leaving early. What he didn't know ( i guess) was that his head was bleeding and was leaving a trial of blood everywhere and on the headset.

Not sure what happended to the other guy but the one who came back from the fight got to keep his job (on a technicality). I don't think he works here anymore though... haven't seen him around.... we have a revolving door here, know what I mean?

I'm sure there's more weird stuff but this is the only one that comes to mind...

Every day is a weird day...always something going on. We had a dude once that used to walk/run around the building with a bike helmet on all of the time...among other things...he didn't last long.
