How do I SEARCH through all my docs?

When I had an older Palm, I had a icon thingy at the bottom that allowed me to scan all my "folders" on my palm pilot. Does such a function exist on the Treo?

Yes, look at the bottom left of the thumbboard of your Treo and you will see the shift key with the magnifying glass on it. To access the Find function, hit the solid function key to the left of that Find button and then hit the Shift/Find button to do searches.
