8525: The answering modem has disconnected?

Last night I upgraded from the Media Max 200 to the Media 1500 Basic or whatever it is called. Today, however, I get that message when I try to connect to the internet, it gives me that error message.
Is this normal or should I just wait a few more days?

Call customer service, the agent may not have added things properly, you can also check the details of your plan on line. Also the settings for the connection on your phone may not be set correctly for the new plan. Customer service should be able to help.

CS said they will not fix the internet because I am using the 8525. However, my text messages have been fixed. I figured I will get my internet back when my friend returns my D807 after he gets his iPhone
